    • Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center The contractor shall furnish the necessary management, material support services, labor, supplies, and equipment deemed necessary to provide marine boatyard and industrial support which includes specific modifications, upgrades, service life extension and repairs to Non-Commissioned boats, craft, lighterage and service craft and their associated systems (i.e., hull, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; trailers; transporters; deployment systems; slings and hoisting systems; launch and retrieval systems, etc.) and periodic maintenance primarily in support of Hampton Roads area of Virginia (Norfolk, VA vicinity) boats, craft, lighterage, and service craft custodians.
    • Lot I is for marine boatyard services and industrial support for boats, craft, lighterage and service craft that can be transported via roadway by a trailer of some sort and which are less than 15 meters or 50 feet in length as determined by Navy hull designation, but if no Navy hull designation exists, then less than 50 feet overall length.

    • Lot II is for marine boatyard services and industrial support for boats craft, lighterage and service craft that are either: (1) less than 15 meters or 50 feet in length as determined by the Navy hull designation, but if no Navy hull designations exists, less than 50 feet in overall length, but which cannot be transported via roadway, but must be delivered on its bottom (via waterway) as defined by the task order; or (2) is 15 meters or 50 feet in length or greater as determined by Navy hull designation, but if no Navy hull designation exists, then 50 feet or greater by length overall.

    • Military Sealift Command Contract consisting of depot level ship repairs including, but not limited to, pipefitting, welding, machinists, electrical work, boiler making and repairing, and diesel mechanics, etc. MSC vessels will be berthed at Government provided piers. Contractor is required to have access to a marine repair facility for necessary shop repairs and testing. All work will be done in accordance with applicable United States Coast Guard (USCG) and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Regulations.

    • Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center The contractor shall furnish the necessary management, technical services, labor, material, support services and equipment to accomplish a full range of depot level repairs and alterations, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and removal of main and auxiliary, hull, mechanical and electrical (HM&E) equipment and systems onboard U.S. Navy or other military type vessels including submarines. The work will be accomplished onboard U.S. Navy vessels located primarily within a 50-mile radius of Norfolk, Virginia, but may be accomplished worldwide.
  • N50054-15-D-1503 U S Navy Living Barge Repairs
    • The contractor shall furnish the necessary non-personal management, administrative and production services, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and required support to accomplish a full range of depot level troubleshooting, repair, renewal, refurbishment, modernization, maintenance, and testing of U.S. Navy Living Barges and their auxiliary systems (hull, mechanical, and electrical) including the potential of periodic docking.

    • The contractor shall provide management, administrative and production services, materials, tools, equipment, and required support to accomplish removal of old deck covering and underlayment (including rubber base if present), abrasive blast, ultra high pressure water jet, and power tool clean decks; prepare surfaces, apply primer coatings, and install new non-skid deck covering onboard U.S. Navy or other military type vessels including submarines. The areas where non-skid work may be authorized shall include, but is not limited to, flight decks, hangar bays, vertical replenishment decks, cargo decks, elevators, tank decks, vehicle stowage, walkways (fixed and portable), catwalks, and interior spaces as designated. Non-skid deck covering installation and repair is to be accomplished with ship’s force personnel living onboard and with a minimum of disruptions as possible.

    • This specification requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and appropriate plant site to accomplish the programmed drydocking, cleaning, painting, repairs and modifications to the US Army Active and Reserve Vessels stationed on the East Coast at Fort Eustis, Virginia; Fort Belvoir, Virginia; Baltimore, Maryland; Morehead City, North Carolina; Sunny Point, North Carolina; and Tampa, Florida. These operations shall be complete and carried out in conformance with this specification, applicable drawings, clauses, terms and conditions of the contract. The purpose of this contract is to deliver a seaworthy vessel(s).
